Automatic Outage: Radials older than 12 hours. Operator should investigate.

Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

2023-09-21 15:57:18 GMT Visited site due to loss of comms with the site. Arrived to find display wasn't working, so I cycled power to the PC. Computer came on and was able to connect remotely with LogMeIn on mobile. Saw that there was no comms with RX and TX. Cycled power to both. Turned display on and off and display turned on. Comms were restored with Rx and TX. Transmitting fine now. Sentinel logs show entries before restart at 9/20T2400 and then again once I restarted computer. Not first time this has happened recently.
